ComSci requirement: create a blog and blog. I don't know what the reason is behind the requirement, but i'll do it anyway.

This Sunday, I decided to start on the blog. It took me two hours before I actually created the blog (username/blog name issue, still unresolved), and to be honest, I have no experience in blogging.

Anyway, the first thing I did after creating a blog was to customize the appearance, and i did NOT search for templates. I started with the black theme, and started CSSing and Photoshopping. the pictures used here are 100% original, and fresh out of Photoshop. While the creation of the blog took two hours, designing (that includes photoshopping, saving, then uploading, then putting in the CSS) took only one hour. It seems that my Photoshop skills haven't diminished, even after 3 - 4 months of non-use, and I even learned something along the way. However, designing is far from complete, and I don't completely understand the CSS code i'm editing...

With the creation dilemmas behind, I hope i can actually find things to write in this blog. The closest thing to a blog is a journal or diary, and last school year, our SocSci teacher made us keep a journal. I can't say that my journal was excellent, but at least I got it going. Seeing as only 5 blog entries are required, I doubt it will be hard.

I have already read someone else's blog recently, and that was the reason I chose this blog url. I had to decipher and process EVERY word I was reading. I have to say, using a different...language, made reading challenging.
